What we will do for you
We promise to:- Provide a written quote within 5 working days of receiving your specification, which includes costs, delivery dates and details of products and services to be delivered. If changes are required we will provide a revised quote, where applicable, within a further 5 working days. This quote is valid for a period of 30 days.
- Deliver our products and services to the agreed customer specification. Additionally, for websites we will build to agreed artwork/design.
- Deliver our products and services to the agreed time scales given in the written quote1. All services are negotiated at the time of quotation.
- Provide timely invoicing allowing you to manage your finances.

What we need from you
To allow us to work efficiently and deliver to the agreed time scales we require the following from you:
- A specification of the product or service to be delivered.
- Confirmation of acceptance of our quote(s) by email, letter or fax.
- A 50% deposit of the total balance before work is started. Existing/repeat customers can make payment arrangements with us subject to mutual agreement.
- All required information from you such as artwork, text, images, etc. This will be detailed in the quote.
- Your review of the site before publishing to ensure acceptance that we have met the agreed requirements.
- Any changes that might arise during the course of development to be communicated in a timely fashion to avoid adverse effects on the original delivery date. Please note that significant change from the original specification will necessarily incur extra costs and delay to delivery to accommodate the reworking.
- Remaining payment to be paid within 30 days of the date of invoice.
Feedback
We aim to continuously review and improve our service to customers. We may occasionally contact you to ask for feedback but your responses will be confidential and will not be shared with other companies.
PublicityWe will, from time to time, use customers’ websites for our company publicity. If you do not wish to participate please let us know in writing (email/fax).

- The delivery schedule only applies to websites where customer supplies the design/artwork and is subject to variations due to the volume of work. This will be advised at quotation.
- The time frame starts once we receive and have confirmed receipt of the deposit and all information from the customer (such as, artwork, text, images, etc). The time frame ends once we deliver the website to you, to review, before it is published to the web, unless there are any agreed changes.
